Michel Albert opened issue #57: Add vuedoc/parser as a dependency to vuedoc/md at Vuedoc / Vuedoc Markdown

Considering that one cannot work without the other it should be a dependency.

I'm currently trying to run vuedoc/md via npx to keep my environment clean and the fact that the dependency is missing makes this needlessly cumbersome.
